This variety is large and abundant, growing to up to 5’ and offering lots of foliage before going to seed. It offers ample fresh leaves for drying and kraut making along with abundant flower/seed heads later for pickling. Airy green umbels also work well in flower arrangements. Slow to bolt. Wonderful cut fresh and dried for later.
